UPDATE finally! Settling into Chicago.

Joy of joys, the internet. I have come to realize how spoiled I have been living in Minneapolis next to my lovely neighbors. No longer. I am out in the internet wilderness and must find a way through it by finding a service provider that does not rob me blind...

I've finally given myself the time to update my Etsy site. I feel a lot better about the status of my business after doing this. Of course, I have a lot of work ahead of me (getting the word out, making new items, finding shops in Chicago), but I'm trying to take baby steps at a time. I did find a lovely little gift store in Lakeview that looks about right for my items. It's really a lovely store. It's called Paper Boy and features mostly paper items like cards, origami, notebooks, but they also feature local artists work, like handmade bibs, jewelry, and the like. If you are ever in Lakeview, definitely check it out.

Still, I'm very excited about everything. There are bound to be quite a few bugs in the road. But I'm not going to let that stop me from enjoying myself.
STILL, I do need to get back to work soon. My Etsy site has come to a standstill, and I don't yet have a job. But, no need to worry yet.
